SCALE USED FOR ALL ITEMS

7-point scale from 1 (not at all bad) to 7 (very bad). The middle point of the scale can be labeled ‘moderately bad.’

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPANTS AND SCALE ITEMS

Using the 7-point rating scale, please rate the extent to which behaving or having the reputation described in the item would make you feel bad about yourself.

How bad would you feel about yourself if…
